1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cg33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through cg33.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they appear at the time of each visit. These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform, and by using the Platform you expressly accept all the terms and conditions contained herein in full. These Terms take precedence over any prior agreements or representations made between you and the Company.

cg33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the cg33 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cg33 enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit players under this age to register or use any cg33 service under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a cg33 employee or affiliated partner company.

cg33 will request identity verification documents during KYC review. You agree to provide accurate and complete identification documents upon request. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one cg33 account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. cg33 uses technical, identity, and payment-method-based checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. cg33 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cg33 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cg33 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform. Any activity that occurs under your account will be your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cg33 immediately by contacting [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cg33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and financial integrity obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds released:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• Source of funds declaration for deposits exceeding specified thresholds

cg33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC documentation has been satisfactorily reviewed and approved. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cg33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on cg33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cg33 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the payment section of your cg33 account dashboard. cg33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days. cg33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cg33 account. cg33 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing large withdrawals. Funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement has been fully met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cg33 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is active.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings form part of your restricted balance and may not be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. cg33 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all related funds.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. cg33 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on cg33 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, volleyball, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the cg33 betting rules section. Odds are subject to change without notice up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. cg33 reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay in-play markets at any time in the event of data feed errors, unforeseen match interruptions, or for any other operational reason. cg33 is not liable for losses arising from market suspensions during live play.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available through cg33 are provided by independent third-party game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is subject to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates published by the relevant game provider. cg33 does not control the outcome of any casino game and is not responsible for software errors occurring within a game provider's platform.

6.4 Erroneous Odds and Game Malfunctions

In the event that incorrect odds are published or a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a bet or game, cg33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount. cg33 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or during confirmed system malfunctions.

7. Responsible Gaming

cg33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all verified account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be decreased at any time; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion period of between one week and twelve months. During self-exclusion, your cg33 Login access is suspended and all marketing communications are paused.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to an account
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or parties connected with a sporting event
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using another person's account, payment details, or identity information without their explicit consent
• Attempting to launder money or use cg33 to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cg33 staff or other platform users
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cg33 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand identity elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of cg33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the cg33 Platform or its content without express prior written consent from cg33. Unauthorised use of cg33 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers including delays or rejections of deposits or withdrawals
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

cg33's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

cg33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cg33 uses SSL encryption across all data transmission channels and does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms

cg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cg33 Platform shall first be referred to cg33's internal disputes resolution process. cg33 will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration. cg33 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
